Victor Rodriguez

Victor Rodriguez is the Founder and Owner of Atomica Electrical Solutions, LLC, a company built on excellence, safety, innovation, and strong professional integrity in the electrical industry throughout South Florida. Victor graduated with a Technical Degree in Electrical Systems from the Instituto Politécnico Hermanos Gómez in Havana, Cuba. Early in his career, he worked on residential and commercial electrical installations, including the installation of Denyo generators with Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), gaining solid hands-on experience in backup power and critical electrical systems. He further expanded his academic background by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociocultural Studies from the Universidad de La Habana and a Diploma in Humanities from the Universidad Cristóbal Colón. This diverse educational foundation allows him to combine technical expertise with leadership skills, strategic thinking, and strong client communication.

After relocating to South Florida, Victor worked as an Electrician and Journeyman Electrician for several respected electrical contractors. He participated in innovative projects such as the robotic supermarket for Sedano’s with Alectric Corp, the first supermarket to implement this advanced technology in partnership with Takeoff Technologies. Victor also worked with Nicola Electric, Inc, where he continued strengthening his field experience, and later with Hop Integrators, Inc., where he served as Project Manager, Electrical Consultant, and General Supervisor. During this time, he led large-scale residential and commercial projects, including the installation of Bi-Directional Amplifier (BDA) systems—now mandatory in many cities per Fire Department regulations—and managed electrical operations for projects exceeding 85,000 square feet, such as the new site for ERG Evolution Research Group in Miami. In 2024, Victor obtained his Electrical Contractor License from the State of Florida, solidifying his professional credentials and marking the beginning of Atomica Electrical Solutions, LLC.

Today, as the company’s leader, Victor oversees every project with a commitment to code compliance, safety standards, precision, and long-term reliability. His combination of technical knowledge, real-world experience, and leadership ensures that every client receives dependable, efficient, and high-quality electrical solutions.
